What do I actually do and how did I get here?

I am Joshua, 27 from Saarbrücken.
He's actually a computer scientist, but these days he probably spends more time at the sewing machine than at his laptop.
I didn't intend to build a brand, but I wanted to do more with my hobby and decided to quit my job and see where it took me. What started as a personal refuge became my profession.
Today I design and manufacture every piece myself, from the initial idea to the final stitch.

What has happened so far

I'm definitely not a trained saddler or leatherworker. Like so many others, it all started quite unspectacularly: as a hobby.

I sewed my first products on my living room table and was quickly captivated. Compared to an office job, you could immediately see what you had accomplished and create something you could enjoy for a long time.

2022
Together with three friends, I founded a workshop and finally had my own space to work and experiment (which my neighbors were probably very grateful for). We quickly grew the number of things and projects, and I even sold some of my own items to make room.

2024
I finally got fed up with my office job and decided to become self-employed. Although quitting your job and just starting out isn't the best idea for everyone, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.

2025
I also realized that my passion lies primarily in designing and creating new products. To fully capitalize on this, I started selling my sewing patterns and launched my own YouTube channel to give free rein to my love of product design.

2026
I was finally very fortunate to get the opportunity to open my own shop. A workshop that people can actually visit and that gives others a better insight into the manufacturing process.
I'm currently still renovating, but there will be pictures here soon!

My mission

I design and make each piece myself, not to chase trends, but to create things that last. Even today, I still carry the first bag I ever made, and it holds so many memories. That's exactly the feeling I want to share: things you cherish. Because the best bags aren't just carried; they accompany you for a lifetime and become cherished possessions.
