Frequently Asked Questions:

▶ Different leather colors
I haven't listed every product in every color variation, but for most items, it is possible to make them in a different color or finish.

▶ Different hardware
By default, I use antique brass hardware and zippers for most products. However, upon request, I also offer brass/gold or matte black hardware and zippers.

▶ Embossing
I can emboss letters or initials on any product. Simply add the corresponding item with personalization to your order and specify during checkout where it should be placed and with what text.

▶ Small adjustments
Do you need an extra inner pocket for a bag, or do you want a magnetic clasp or a different clasp instead of a snap fastener?

Such minor changes are free of charge up to a certain extent, as long as the labor and material costs do not significantly increase.
However, other adjustments are also possible. Feel free to contact me directly if you wish to make adjustments to the products.

▶ Completely custom-made production
If you don't find the perfect product, I'd be happy to work with you on a custom-made product that exactly meets your expectations.

Every product in my shop is almost always made to order, so there is always a short processing time of about 5-10 days before dispatch. If you need a product by a specific date, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your desired delivery date.
All orders are shipped insured with DHL and include tracking.

You will receive the tracking link as soon as I have dropped off the package with DHL. For deliveries within Germany, you can also choose a parcel locker as the delivery address.

All products are packaged and shipped plastic-free.

All products are personally designed and manufactured by me in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Returns

You have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including digital downloads (e.g., sewing patterns) and custom-made products (e.g., custom orders or personalized items).
