Can the items be customized or adjusted?
Absolutly! Every item in my Store can be customized. Some examples include:
▶Different leather color options
I do not have every product listed in every color variation but for most products, it is not a problem to make it in a different color or variation.
▶Different hardware options
Similarly, most of my products mainly use antique brass hardware and zippers but I also offer brass/golden or matte black hardware and zipper.
▶Stamping
I can add stamped letters/initials to every product. Just add the following listing to your order and state where the letters should be placed:
▶Small Alterations
Maybe you don't need a bottle holder on a backpack and rather want an extra pocket?
Or your bag needs a snap button instead of a magnetic one.
Small alterations, up to a certain degree, are free of charge as long as the amount of work and material cost is not impacted to much.
▶Full Custom order
If you cannot find the perfect item I am happy to work together with you and create the perfect bag just for you.

Shipping Information
Every item in my Store is made to order so there will always be a Lead time prior to delivery. The lead time currently is around 2-4 days for most items. If you need an Item for a specific date please let me know beforehand and I will do my best to accomodate the expected delivery date.
All Items will be send via DHL with tracking.
The tracking link will be provided once I drop off the package.
For orders sent within Germany you can also choose a Packstation as delivery point.
All items are packaged and send with plastic free packaging.
Where are your products manufactured?
All products are designed and manufactured by myself in Saarbrücken Germany. If you want to see the details of the construction process feel free to checkout my Social Media to get insights into the production process.
Refunds & Returns
There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads (Patterns), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Patterns
Where can I find the Patterns I bought?

Commercial use and Distribution
Selling or distributing these pattern via any means is forbidden.
Non-handmade production via Clicker Dies or similar large-scale production is forbidden.
You are allowed to sell products created with these pattern IF you are a 1-person business. The items can only be sold in person eg. Craft fairs, markets, etc. If you want to sell products made with these patterns online, please reach out to me first so we can work something out.

Returns
Because Patterns are digital downloads they cannot be returned or refunded.
